SBA financing doesn’t fit? We help structure an alternative.

Medro Alternative SBA Capital Program

Non-SBA financing options when an SBA loan isn't the right fit.

Fasty Funding helps business owners build a practical financing plan for working capital, equipment and growth. We review the need, prepare the financing request and help evaluate non-SBA paths around what the business can support.

Independent, non-SBA financing. This Medro program is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Financing offered through this program is not SBA-guaranteed.

An advisory solution built around your situation—not a one-size-fits-all funding promise. We assess the options, define the next steps and help structure a realistic path.

SBA eligibility changed. Your capital needs remain.

For applications covered by the rules effective March 1, 2026, businesses with any direct or indirect owner who is only a green-card holder, a visa holder or otherwise not a U.S. citizen or U.S. national no longer meet the SBA 7(a)/504 ownership requirement. U.S. citizen or national owners must also principally reside in the U.S. or its territories/possessions. This is program eligibility, not a statement about creditworthiness. We review non-SBA operating-capital options against cash flow, assets and provider criteria. The separate March 1 end of mandatory SBSS screening did not remove lender credit review.

Your financing solution starts with a plan

  • Review your funding need, timing and existing obligations.
  • Structure a request around cash flow, assets and the use of funds.
  • Evaluate suitable financing paths and coordinate the agreed next steps.

Start with the purpose of the capital

We match the financing review to the use of funds, repayment cycle and business profile.

01 / ALTERNATIVE PATH

Working capital

Evaluate a line of credit or term financing against the operating cycle and existing obligations.

02 / ALTERNATIVE PATH

Receivables and inventory

Consider whether eligible business assets can support asset-based financing or whether suitable B2B invoices may support factoring.

03 / ALTERNATIVE PATH

Equipment and growth

Review asset-specific financing and the business case for expansion before choosing a structure.

Compare the obligation, not just the headline

We help compare net proceeds, total repayment, payment frequency, fees, collateral, guarantees and prepayment terms so you can evaluate the full obligation. Costs and repayment schedules may differ substantially from SBA financing.

A clear engagement before the financing search

A written retained-advisory engagement defines scope, responsibilities and fees before work begins. We help prepare the financing request and coordinate agreed next steps; lender and third-party costs are separate.

Buying a business or commercial property?

An acquisition or property transaction may call for a different capital structure. Alianza Partners focuses on business acquisitions and ownership transitions; Fast Commercial Capital focuses on commercial real estate.

Questions worth asking.

Is this an SBA loan program?

No. Medro Alternative SBA Capital Program is our name for an independent advisory review of non-SBA financing. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SBA, and the alternative financing described here is not SBA-guaranteed.

Does an SBA decline mean I qualify for an alternative?

No. A decline may reflect program eligibility, a lender's own criteria, missing information or repayment concerns. Understanding the reason helps determine whether another path deserves review.

Should I still consider SBA financing?

Yes. We consider whether SBA or a non-SBA structure is the better fit for the business. An alternative review is not a reason to overlook a suitable SBA option.
